Hi myself Manmath Mishra, the initiator of LUNAS WELLNESS & FITNESS. It’s a dream came true concept to bring about a holistic change in the millions and millions of health seekers all over the world. With a conscious efforts and determined mind, which looked ominous at a time, is made easily approachable and affordable for the common people. The journey started 20 years back when it was not less than a dream to have a health centre at a reasonable distance. Travelling miles for hours for one such centre was an uphill task. Informal workout started with 2/3 close friends could give enormous praising. The workout started from an open space of the house with one or two instruments was difficult to accommodate the health enthusiasts thronging in. Earning not being the priority, more and more got attached to it adding to the absolute pleasure for the fitness. The concept took its proper shape with the proper guidance of health and nutrition as a fitness adviser.
